Open Canoe Coaching
Progression Sessions
White Water Canoe - These coaching sessions are aimed at the aspirant canoe leader paddler and above. All four sessions will be run on rivers in the South West of England. Four sessions across two months with one week gaps between each session which allows you to go away reflect and practice what you learnt between sessions. We will look at your personal paddling skills by starting the sessions on easier white water and each week progress your skills further to run more challenging/advance rapids.

Lower Dart Coaching:
If your new to white water canoeing why not join us for day on the lower dart, a great place for an introduction to white water canoeing. During the day we will go over the key fundamentals for paddling your open canoe in moving water.

Dart Loop Coaching:
One of the best grade 2/3 rivers for white water canoeing! Lots of opportunities to break down how we will tactically run longer more continuous rapids in canoes and you will be able re run rapids again.

South Wales
Usk Coaching:
This river has a variety of different sections which suite beginner paddlers to advanced paddlers. There are lots of spots where we can make easy water hard and hard water easy to help you progress your skills further. There are also plenty of opportunity's to practice more traditional skills to like poling and snubbing.

Llangorse Lake:
This is a fantastic venue to learn open water canoe skills, such as paddling in the wind, group sailing and solo sailing all key skills for expedition paddling.
