One to One Coaching

Receive personalised coaching tailored to your goals, whether you're looking to develop your whitewater kayaking, canoeing, or stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) skills.

We offer individual coaching sessions at locations across the UK, designed to help you progress at your own pace and focus on the areas that matter most to you.

​

Before your session, your coach will contact you to discuss your objectives and identify what you'd like to work on. Together, you'll create a focused plan for the day. At the end of the session, you'll receive detailed feedback and a personalised action plan to help you continue your development and achieve your goals.

Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced paddler looking to refine specific skills, our one-to-one coaching provides dedicated support to maximise your progress.

 

Half day coaching (North Wales only)

£120

Full day coaching:

£250​

Private Group Coaching

We offer private group coaching in whitewater kayaking, canoeing, and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) at locations across the UK. Sessions can be tailored to your group's goals, whether you're looking to develop core skills, build confidence on the water, or progress to more advanced techniques.

To ensure high-quality instruction, personalised feedback, and effective safety management, we maintain a maximum coach-to-participant ratio of 1:4.

 

Full day coaching:

  • Group of two coaching - £125pp, per day

  • Group of three coaching - £90pp, per day

  • Group of four coaching - £75pp, per day

What's included in the price:

  • Professional guiding and coaching from an experienced, fully qualified instructor.

  • A personalised action plan to support your ongoing development, including follow-up advice and feedback whenever you need it.

  • Copies of any photos or videos taken during the course or trip.

​

What's not included in the price:

  • Accommodation and meals. Please contact us for recommendations on local hotels near our most commonly used course venues.

  • Travel to and from the river, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

  • Boat hire and equipment rental. These can be arranged at an additional cost - please get in contact to discuss your requirements.

  • Car parking charges or venue/facility fees.
